CurrentAccomplishments • Since taking overly the weekly on site and email promotions, I contributed to record sales including a 5% increase in the March 2015 alone. • Created a friends and family campaign based around a coupon the subscriber could use or gift to a friend/family member. Generated $30k in revenue with first use and gained 500 additional subscribers.• Took over a floundering affiliate program researching and connecting with top affiliates in our field. Negotiated agreeable terms and placement opportunities. Spearheaded an ongoing refresh of graphics available for affiliates to ensure they had the latest promos with properly branded imagery. • Started in an online data analyst capacity and within one year took over the operation of the online marketing arm of SelectShops responsible for 15% of all business. • Responsible for launching google reviews across all sites and incorporating into multiple customer touch points such as directly after point of sale and in follow up emails. Now have over 300 reviews and growing.Responsibilities • Organize and manage the twice a week advertising campaigns from ideation to graphic design to launch. • Manage the operation of the affiliate program including acquiring new affiliates, search for new promo opportunities and ensure up to date graphics are available.• Manage the automated retention campaigns through email service provider ExactTarget including eblasts, offer updates, deliverability, organization of the subscriber base and engage previous customers to encourage return business.• Regularly meet with suppliers to go over performance, market trends and upcoming promotional opportunities.• Track and analyze Google Analytics data to effectively leverage KPI's on an ongoing basis.
