In my current role as Regional Vice President of Operations for the Florida Region I provide strategic oversight and support to our construction, customer care and purchasing teams across the region. I assist division leadership in navigating the significant challenges we face in our industry today as we strive for growth across the region. I focus my team's efforts on being consistent and predictable. through our processes, planning, preparation, execution and, most importantly, people. At Meritage, our biggest asset is our people. One of the most important and rewarding aspects of my job is mentoring and empowering our people. Without the daily efforts of everyone we work with, we couldn't accomplish anything. We lean in, move fast and with purpose...we play to win!I really enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, whether it's watching the kids' sports events, going for a walk around the neighborhood or for a hike in the woods, eating at our favorite restaurants or taking a long weekend trip. I am a huge Florida Gators fan and never miss watching a football game. I also really enjoy building anything from Lego sets to built-in cabinetry.
