This came via updating and managing the Five company websites, creating, and updating, interesting and unique written and visual content to increase engagement through our digital channels. My knowledge of email marketing, SEO and website development, content marketing, data and analytics, coding and social media has increased tremendously since the start of my apprenticeship. I've also developed strong communication skills, working closely with external developers and internal teams, using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Slack, Jira & Confluence.
