My role at Woolworths involved fielding phone calls from over 1000 retail sites nationally, diagnosing faults to air conditioning plants, electrical, food equipment and arranging appropriate service. I initially involved in the setting up of the department, working with new service providers and assisting in the creation of contractor management databases. I also became a team leader responsible for up to 15 call centre staff fielding over 2000 calls per day.
