We have been successfully audited and commended by the auditors for both of these standards within the last 6 months.Ensure the processes conform to the Quality Management system in Inspired which feeds into the Continuous Improvement ProgrammeMaintain a set of KPIs for senior management to demonstrate the effectiveness of these ITIL processes

This product runs in a highly regulated environment with very strict auditing and certification. The need to be able to prove the configuration of the product adheres to certified releases and to manage the change of that configuration over several clients and the release through staging environments and certification into live is essential. Designed, developed, and implemented an ITIL Change Management process for this single business area. Designed and implemented a Configuration Management process to verify the conformity of this product to certified versionsThe great success in doing this meant it was easier to persuade senior management to implement the other Service Management functions and to extend all these established processes across all products as described above.

Responsible for the management of platform (server based) products, both third party and in-house developed, that underpin the services Inspired offer their customers. This includes managing incidents, problems, changes and planning / project managing future developments and releases for these products.

Prominent member of the team that changed a struggling project into a highly successful one. My role was to provide systems analysis, design, applications development and implementation of systems for the ‘itbox’ project and back office support systems.

Member of team on high profile project to design and develop a new generation of games / music / video terminal for the leisure industry. This project was taken over by Inspired Broadcast Networks (later to become Inspired Gaming Group) in Oct 2002 and I was one of ten of the project team transferred to that company.Fox IT is a Service Management / Managed Services company formed in Jan 2000 by the merger of Ultracomp with another company.

Team leader for a number of projects for migrating data between a variety of local government applications and between a variety of computer platforms. Responsibilities included defining the strategy of the conversions, scheduling and allocating the work and designing/implementing the software.A lead designer and implementor for the development of the contributions system at Guernsey Social Security Authority. Tasks included the design of the on-line user interface and batch interfaces.Team leader of a project to convert a payroll system between two platforms which was successfully delivered ahead of schedule.UKAIR project. I was a designer / implementor on this defence project. This also included a 6 month task with the Ada compiler development team.A large number of different consultancy assignments. Most tasks were to design and write applications for ICLs private viewdata system BULLETIN.
