My experience in both aerospace and semiconductor manufacturing processes provides me with a broad understanding of ceramic and composite manufacturing processes, equipment functionality, and applications of metal surface treatments and coatings to improve performance and reliability. I am highly experienced in manufacturing facility design, construction, and project management in multiple countries and have been responsible for design and build of 3 U.S Sites and 2 international sites (Asia and continental Europe) in the semiconductor manufacturing services space. I was a key player in the development and execution of strategic initiatives that transitioned a local aerospace service company to the global leader in semiconductor manufacturing services during my 20 year career with the company.
