Developed and executed supply chain finance strategy for the origination, and selected relationship management of the largest and most profitable Technology, Electronic and Appliance clients ranging from the middle-market to Fortune 100. Engaged newly regulated matrix environment and GE’s global capabilities exercising close coordination with Risk and Legal leadership to align strategy with tactical capabilities. Results included Tier 1 wins providing secured and unsecured structured finance solutions leveraging capital and insurance markets to accommodate transactions identified with sponsor backed private equity, leveraged buyout, take-private, strategic M&A, ESOP, syndication and participations. In addition to cross-sell of lease transactions, responsibilities included market mapping, needs assessment and minimum product viability of Term, Unitranche and Cash Flow offerings to support evolving service, software and cloud enabled consumption models.
