Provision of business analysis to support BAU Fund changes for a large Canadian client. Initial 6-month role was increased to 24 months due to client appraisal throughout the project.Responsible to analyse and manage Private Client Fund Onboarding processes due to a Custody Platform change. It was a critical start and exciting opportunity as the business line was under stress due to the change of custody system and increased workflow demands.Performed analysis on the existing account onboarding process and created a tracking tool to monitor all activity to include new business accounts, amendments, account add-ons, Intranet bank platform registration.Worked with various stakeholders to ensure the Business Account Opening template would capture all the bespoke Private Client requirements and updated procedures and process flows.Responsible for the multi system account set-ups, amendments and account add-ons. Also developed new task flows for Client Intranet portal set-ups.All business change requirements were successfully implemented and documented. This resulted in increased client and stakeholder experience.Executed a detailed training plan with a Global outsourcing team and successfully delivered the project within timeframe constraints.

Project was to create a single custody and banking platform for a large Canadian client.Responsible for UAT testing on a weekly basis during the pre-migration phases. This covered both Custody security positions and complex Securities Lending positions.Performed in-depth data analysis on large Security data extracts and held workshops with stakeholders to resolve the issues discovered during the testing phases.Performed multiple file uploads and investigation analysis during migration execution weekends that involved crucial timing and accuracy due to the multiple stage processes covered by teams from various geographical locations.Responsible for securities reconciliation and investigation post migration to ensure that all additional and available security positions were moved to the new custody platform via file uploads. This involved workshops with multiple BAU teams to facilitate and reduce trading risk and provide a client centric experience

Worked within RBC Network Management on a Operational Change project to consolidate and streamline their Sub-Custodian model.The project successfully migrated Custody asset and cash positions in over 30 countries.Enabled an additional ICSD streamline to be actioned resulting in a substantial annual fee sav-ing by creating a new trade upload solution to resolve a system issue.Reduced risk and ensured straight through processing by utilising Excel macros and completing a Swift testing programme.
