Information Operations Integration Course/ Course Director. Performed platform instruction for over 400 IO personnel annually for IO Teams (IOT) worldwide. Responsible for integrating IO into Air and Space Operations Center (AOC) processes. Provided Nodal Analysis exercise planning support and facilitated end-of-course exercise. Conducted research and oversaw all IOIC Nodal Analysis curriculum, developed and modified course material including lesson plans and visual aids to meet training objectives and standards. Ensured that incoming students were registered and the required training requirements were completed before arriving. Chaired/led training review panels and counseled members and developed individual student remedial training plans for members.
