Schroder's Personal Wealth, a joint venture between Lloyds Banking Group and Schroders launched in July 2019 and at inception employed 350 financial advisers and had £14Bn of FuM.I led the creation of the business from ideation stage to live with specific focus on the development of Target Operating Model, Customer Proposition and Experience, Product and Service Propositions, Business Development and Insight.My vision for the client proposition was to provide financial advice in a manner that was (i) accessible, (ii) good value for money (iii) with unbundled / transparent charging. The proposition delivered on these principles and prepared the business well for what has now become a requirement under Consumer Duty.
