In this time, I have worked with companies in various stages of their lifecycle – from formation to sale – and in numerous industries, including information technology, SaaS, high-tech research, development and manufacturing, biosciences, logistics, and B2B and B2C.I regularly represent a variety of companies and individuals in seed, angel, and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and securities matters.I currently serve as a mentor at StartupVirginia and served on the Virginia Bar Association's drafting committee for the Virginia Report on Third Party Legal Opinions in Business Transactions. When not advising emerging companies and investors on all aspects of their legal matters, I spend time with my wife, daughter, and son and enjoy hiking and live music.
