CurrentAs Managing Director at LEM Capital, I lead the acquisitions team in the evaluation, underwriting, and due diligence of potential investments, and I focus on maintaining and expanding our robust nationwide network of operating partners with the experience and operational capacity to execute our value-add business plans and generate attractive investment returns for our investment partners. I also assist LEM’s co-founders in running the firm’s day-to-day operations, and I take an active role in the firm’s compliance committee, leading the establishment of comprehensive policies and procedures and fostering a culture of compliance within the firm.LEM Capital is a real estate private equity firm with an 18-year track record focused on protecting our investment partners’ downside and building portfolios to help deliver dependable current cash flow and equity upside through all points in the economic cycle. Multifamily experts, LEM acquires well-located suburban apartment properties adding value and helping to increase rents through physical upgrades and the implementation of better management practices. Since 2002, LEM has raised over $1.3 billion in investor commitments and invested over $7.7 billion in real estate contributing to our expertise in structuring, execution and asset management. This includes acquiring almost 22,000 value-add apartment units since 2011 as of August 1, 2020.
