As we continued the integration of MBM Foodservice into the McLane Foodservice network, I led 3 Regional Vice Presidents. I serve as the key architect for integration between MFS legacy business and recently acquired MBM Foodservice business.

Promoted from Regional Vice President of McLane Grocery to the Vice President of Operations for MBM (wholly owned subsidiary of McLane Company). I was the first McLane executive assigned to begin the operations integration of MBM into the McLane Foodservice network where I managed a team of 6 Executive Directors of Operations, who had oversight of 36.

Executive leader of McLane Grocery's largest region comprised of 6 grocery distribution centers. $11.7B in wholesale grocery sales and over 3,200 teammates. I managed all operations, including transportation, sortation and non-sortation centers, pick-to-light and full cigarette stamping and compliance.

Promoted to executive level role in Temple, TX and assumed full responsibility for 7 grocery distribution centers, including two separately owned McLane wholesale grocery operations based in TX. Region contributed $7.2B in sales and employed over 2,500 teammates. I managed all operations, including transportation, sortation and non-sortation centers.

Responsible for full P&L oversight for two distribution centers in Syracuse, NY and Concord, NH. The centers represented $2.4B in sales that serviced over 5,000 convenience stores/mass merchants in the northeast.
