Being a leader is instilled in me, not because of my last name, but my passion for motivating others and watching them prosper. I thrive in high-pressure situations by keeping my composure but always staying on edge. Throughout my experience working at the busiest Subway in Nebraska, I have learned that every new day reminds me of how grateful I am just to have the opportunity to work. In August 2021, as a team, we were able to break our highest sales in a week record that was set back in 2014. We processed over $26,000 in sales and around 2800 units sold. Come August 2022, we ended up breaking that record two weeks in a row with sales reaching $33,000, and the following week $36,000. The steady stream of business has allowed me to hone my skills. I am now the assistant store manager and I am excited to try and break another record.The opportunities and experiences I have gained from these past 4 years have shown me that management is what I excel at. I hope to have some potential opportunities that will take me multiple steps up and elevate my career to the next level.
