In the course of several years, I was granted increasing responsibility for the FreshTAP business unit, including staff on-boarding & off-boarding, strategic planning, P&L responsibility, as well as day to day operations. Oversaw a period of 20% growth, cemented significant partnerships, expanded into new markets, introduced new product lines, and moved to a new facility. Consulted for start-up wine, cider & refreshment beverage brands operating under the FreshTAP winery license for their compliance & reporting, packaging & quality assurance, and business planning.

Developed forecasting tools for ownership to guide long-term decision making processes in vineyard-planting and signing short & long-term contract growers. Acted a part of implementation team following historic acquisition of a California winery, aligning information management and reporting for all winery and vineyard locations.
