Instrumentation and control department responsible in the development of basic and detailed engineering.Projects:- Design, installation and startup of refrigeration system for Kilani Hospital in Jordan.- Design, installation and startup of District Cooling and Heating for JDE in Jordan.- Design, installation and startup of ETS (energy transfer station) for JDE in Jordan.- Control system design and instruments selection for auxiliaries facilities in Oil&Gas for Gazprom in Irak.Duties:- Review and approval of instruments lists.- Design, approval, commissioning and startup of simplex and redundant control system based on PLC and DCS from Siemens, Rockwell and Schneider.- Design and/or approval of control system architecture using industrials protocols as Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, ControlNet.- SAT and FAT of the equipment installed.- Design and/or approval of electrical and control drawings.- Development and/or approval of the client documentation.- Coordination and supervision of the subcontracting personal.

Basic and detailed engineering developments for Turbine Inlet Air Cooling projects in Arabia Saudi and Dubai and District Cooling and Heating in Jordan. Duties:- Generation of instrumentation list.- Commissioning and Start-up of simplex and redundant control systems from Siemens, Schneider and Rockwell Automation.- Design of the Control System Architecture, using communication protocols as Profinet, Profibus, Modbus-RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet and ControlNet.- FAT and SAT of the equipments installed.- Design of electrical drawings as Loops Diagrams and Hook-Ups using AutoCAD Electrical.- Development of the client documentation.- Coordination and supervision of the subcontracting personal.

Participation in automation projects at pellets plant, SIDOR.Duties:- Programming of PLC Schneider Modicon Quantum for automation of conveyors belts in pellets plant.- Electrical drawings updated using AutoCAD.- Coordination and inspections of third party working groups for erection and installation of control panels, cable pulling and termination in pellets plant.

- Planning and execution of preventive and corrective electrical maintenance in all production stage machines.- Programming of LOGO Siemens, programmable relay, for automation of pallet packaging machine.
