RBS Citizens Business Services, Business Systems Analyst, Test Administration Team, Solution Delivery 2007-Present• Provide a framework to Testers and Project Managers as they implement new or changed systems into the Citizens technology environment (Project scorecards, test plan review, facilitation of defect meetings)• Provide guideline for test documentation and tracking test defects.• Coordinate test environments• Provide daily support for the QA, B0 and M1 regions including notification of outages and account number distribution. • Facilitate bi-monthly Test Managers meeting• Provide support for user access to QA, B0 and M1 testing regions: Responsible to review and approve access request forms to reduce risk and for auditing purposes.Quality Center (QC)• Administrative role to set up users and projects within QC.• Execution of daily QTP automated scripts to QA, B0 and M1 regions. • Provide daily support including adding/modifying/deleting users and modifying/ customizing existing QC projects • Provide general overview training on defects and scripts as needed for the QC users

 Maintain and implement test plans and processes for the Vector Resolve and Webrequest applications. Evaluating PACS and Service Packs and creating accurate test scripts based on what needs to be tested. Respond to Production issues in a timely and accurate manner. Vector Resolve access: Add user profiles and EBIS access based on what management requests. Currently working on a Green belt project Administration of various departmental website access for example Fed Web and SVPCO online adjustments. Maintain department Stat file, including yearly holiday table, changes, user profiles for Info Security, adding new users and error types and any related changes as requested by management
