Key Achievements:• Instrumental towards exceeding Company Financial Targets from 2012 - 2016. • Successfully spearheaded the end-to-end reengineering of new menus (total five times) from research and development, material sourcing, standard operating procedure development and finally successful execution at stores • Led new restaurant design implementation and digitalization processes to streamline operations. • Responsible in setting up the group’s Corporate Social Responsibility Program to hire disabled individuals in 2010.• Introduced new division, Events & Catering, as a new channel of company income in 2009. • Successfully opened a total of 13 new stores:- most notably the fastest being 6 stores within 8 months in 2014. Key Responsibilities (Latest): • Directly responsible to oversee, lead, support and coach 10 departments under my care (Operations, Training, Marketing, Research and Development, Franchising, Supply Chain, Management Information System (MIS), Business Development, People Care/Human Resources and Finance) in their respective functions including but not limited to:- - Overseeing day-to-day operations- Designing strategies, setting goals, policies and processes - Evaluating and improving operations and financial performance- Maintaining budgets and optimizing expenses- Ensuring employees work together cohesively, productively and also develop professionally- Overseeing recruitment and training of new employees- Ensuring staff adhere to health and safety regulations as well as company policies- Developing solutions to issues and challenges (e.g. profitability, customer complaints, employee conflicts, etc.)- Updating upper management on status and progress
