I am currently working as Assistant Sales Manager at Eastin Hotel Penang. I have performed the tasks assigned to me, secured numerous groups, long stay guests and corporate events. I have also built up a good rapport and relationship with corporate bookers that are under my portfolio of corporate accounts. Previously, I have worked as a Senior Real Estate Negotiator in Penrich Properties and Reapfield Properties for about 4 years. I have been appointed the Project Leader for Ideal Property Group for Reapfield and oversees the project presentation, guidance and sales.I completed my Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Accounting and Finance at Sheffield Hallam University in November 2012. I was awarded with a Lower Second Class Degree (2:2). I am able read and write 3 languages, English, Chinese and Malay, and is able to speak 2 mandarin dialects (Hokkien and Cantonese). I have learnt to use Photoshop, Video Editing, MYOB accounting software, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel for preparation of reports, documents and presentations. For my co-curricular activities, I have organized numerous events during school and college. I was a prefect during high school, andheld different committee positions for 3 different events. During TAR College, I was the Treasurer of Chinese Language Society for two years, and we have organized 3 events not only for the students, but also the public.
