Participate in the ongoing evolution and new design of Robarts proprietary imaging products and processes. Work with other internal and external stakeholders and develop requirements, modification initiatives, testing and roll out to ensure a smooth transition from current state to future state. This includes creation of test cases and related QA documents. Provide expert level stakeholder support, anticipate and resolve issues, create user documents, and required reports. Focus on continual improvement in all areas – QA, process, problem resolution, user training and documentation. Assist the Business Development department in presenting product and modification offerings to new and prospective clients.
