In my current role, I direct daily operations for an Amazon Fulfillment Center managing over 500k freight, daily. I leverage statistical data and analysis to identify issues and risks, innovating process improvements to optimize team collaboration and engagement, as well as operational accuracy and efficiency. I administer operating budget for safety, productivity, financial and labor planning, and operational objectives for outbound and inbound operations. I also develop long-term planning including labor planning, rate forecasting, and peak season planning. As part of the MSG detachment, secondary mission is to provide protection for U.S.citizens and U.S. government property located within designated U.S. diplomatic and consular premises during exigent circumstances, which require immediate aid or action. Remained physically and mentally capable of enduring a direct counter-intelligence and combat environment, master interior guard procedures; proficient with security, anti-terrorism, and counter espionage tactics. Also knowledgeable in law enforcement techniques, small arms handling and employment, emergency first aide, force continuum, less than lethal application, and entry and access control procedures.
