David is the Managing Director of Caribbean Ecosystems Limited an environmental consulting firm. Dr. Lee has over twenty-five years of experience in environmental management which includes experience in the protection of biodiversity, project management and planning, environmental impact assessments, environmental standards (ISO14000), environmental audits, waste treatment, natural resources management, environmental laws and policy, hazardous material handling, and toxic waste disposal.As an environmental consultant he has worked on a variety of protected areas, protected areas financing, industrial, manufacturing, commercial, monitoring & evaluation, agricultural, housing, manufacturing, highway infrastructure, port infrastructure, and tourism projects. He has worked on World Bank, Global Environment Facility, FAO, IADB, JICA, CIDA now GAC, USAID, European Union, UNEP, UNOPS and UNDP environmental projects in Jamaica and within the Caribbean Region.
