-Tower Crane and Crane services.-Work various shifts in a team environment.-Team activities include responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day function of the team as well as with high level management who are involved running the project.Ability to operate various mobile cranes safely with a minimum of supervision while being able to handle multiple tasks.-Thorough understanding of crane operation characteristics, controls, emergency skills, response to fire, power line contact, tipping, malfunction characteristics and performance questions about the specific crane types.-Demonstrate basic abilities in reading, writing, arithmetic skills and load chart usage, all in the language of the manufacturer s instruction manual.-Load chart test on various crane configurations.-Proficiency in handling, pre-start inspections, post-start inspections, maneuvering skills, shut down and securing procedures.-Understanding of ANSI B 30.5, OSHA, federal, state and local requirements; (E.g. crane set up, securing the load, controlling the load and hand signals, etc.).-Set up and operate the computer in correct configuration and work within limitations.-Perform incidental work items and duties included within other craft.

-Operate crane under general supervision. Manipulate or depress cane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement according to written, verbal, or signal instructions. Repair crane as needed. -Inspect crane for safety issues on a daily basis. -Determine if any parts are malfunctioning. -Lift, position and place machinery, equipment or other large objects at construction sites and industrial facilities. -Move levers and pedals to rotate crane on chassis to raise and lower crane boom and to raise and lower load-line. -Work with in precise limits and standards of accuracy. Operate crane according to signals from helper.

-Support well site and assemble operations; operate, drive and maintain pumping services equipment-iron truck, sand truck, belt assist sand storage and auxiliary sand trucks -Operates a company vehicle on daily basis,including Iron Crane truck. -Learn disciplines planning, driving, and, rigging up equipment on location -Obtain knowledge of pumping standards -Proficiently operate auxiliary equipment; stake bed, acid transport and sand truck -Operate Frac pump, acid pump, line truck, and sand delivery system -Maintains a safe work area or job site by following company's policies and procedures -Operate crane under general supervision. -Manipulate or depress cane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement according to written, verbal, or signal instructions. -Repair crane as needed. -Inspect crane for safety issues on a daily basis. -Determine if any parts are malfunctioning. -Complete job tickets, service quality summaries, and all other necessary paperwork. -Lift, position and place machinery, equipment or other large objects at construction sites and industrial facilities. -Drive trucks to worksites and unload trucks. -Place blocks and outriggers to prevent capsizing when lifting heavy loads. -Move levers and pedals to rotate crane on chassis to raise and lower crane boom and to raise and lower load-line. -Work with in precise limits and standards of accuracy. -Operate crane according to signals from helper. -Start and stop crane engine. -Follow directions carefully.
