He has had a distinguished 32-year career with the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) during which he has had assumed multiple leadership appointments and successfully led cross-functional teams in large scale operations and strategising. David has extensive experience in training, educating, and developing leaders in leadership competencies, organisational development, resource management, and operations. Being adaptable to change and equipped with strong interpersonal, analytical, planning, organising and communication skills, he has successfully led, planned, and participated in various organisation-wide transformation efforts and change initiatives.
