Install, configure, calibrate, programming, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and support for the largest producer of NGL's in the U.S. · Lead, develop and implement processes/procedures to measurement data quality control. · Approve NGL and data validity/measurement adjustments - Provide guidance where necessary. · Develop and conducts training of NGL operations and measurement staff. · Maintain expert level working knowledge/understanding of NGL and Condensate Measurement processes/practices. · Responsible for identifying/reconciling volume discrepancies between DCP/customers. · Provide Liquid Measurement station design guidance for assigned assets. · Provide guidance to field measurement personnel to insure contract/industry standards compliance. · Develop new and modify existing physical flow balances to enable tracking of L&U/Measurement performance. · Assist in condensate gross barrel vs. DCP tank log exception reports - investigate and help resolve exceptions. · Analyze, debug, and implement changes to EFM devices; Interface with manufacturers relative to necessary changes and upgrades; Perform factory acceptance tests to new and upgrades to EFM devices. · Work closely with field locations when troubleshooting area and system balancing problems involving multiple metering location and technologies. · Work in the administration of local databases/programs necessary to move measurement information from the various locations and offices for review of volume reconciliation. · Teach new measurement forms to all field locations. · General knowledge of NGL measurement data flow processes including API/condensate measurement. · NGL meter installation, setup, calibration and meter setting/design standards. · Strong understanding of MS Excel, Word, Omni-Com, Flow Computers, Omni, Daniel, etc.
