Provide Program Management support for engineering and technical shipboard systems including HM&E Modernization, Diesel Engine Propulsion Plants and Electrical Generation and Distribution Systems. Interface regularly with Senior Corporate Managers, Govt. Program Managers, Platform Office and various Technical Codes at NAVSEA Philadelphia for new acquisition, in-service and modernization programs including LSD 41/49, LPD 17, LHD 8 and LHA 6 Class Ships. Coordinated production of technical documentation, drawings and control logic for Inlet Fogging Systems. Conducted on-site installation, commissioning and acceptance testing of Gas Turbine Inlet Fogging Systems. Responsible for development and procurement of Operation and Maintenance Manuals. Reviewed system designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards and customer contract specifications. Prepared monthly statistical reports for corporate funding agents.

Lead Senior Integrated Logistics Engineer assigned to develop, review and maintain operational procedures and technical drawings (EOSS) on HM&E systems for CV and CVNs. Conducted on-site in-service engineering operational validations to ensure technical accuracy of operational procedures and technical drawings. On-site visits required the supervision and management of up to a dozen contractor support personnel. Primary liaison between Naval Engineers and Naval support activities. Responsible for technical support to the fleet regarding inoperative equipment and installation modifications i.e. shipalts and machalts via customer feedback requests. Ensured EOSS procedures and drawings conform to Navsea ISO-9001 requirements and guidelines. Developed funding estimates and proposals for new projects. Ensured project goals and objectives were accomplished in accordance with outlined priorities and time requirements.
