Responsible for overall management of TechSoup’s partner relationships with 70 leading technology firms (including Adobe, Cisco, Autodesk, Symantec, Intuit, etc.) that met corporate social responsibility and employee engagement needs of these firms while ensuring that their products / services provide maximum benefit to the global social sector. (Over 700,000 non-profits served worldwide). Team activities generated over $15M in earned income annually.

The Social Innovations team identifies, refines, and implements innovative approaches, models, and solutions that leverage markets, benefit large numbers of people and can achieve financial sustainability. Based in Delhi, India, Seconded by Acumen Fund to assist Drishtee.com with their expansion in rural India. Developed new distribution and delivery model to increase coverage and decrease costs. Introduced business planning and tracking frameworks. Launched first fee for service healthcare model.

Developed an information delivery system as a consultant to Reuters, to provide pricing and weather information to agricultural producers in the developing nations via the mobile phone. Led China-based team to analyze and identify technology opportunities in China's education system for a US Fortune 500 Company. Collaborated with FairTrade USA to develop a supply chain tracking system for coffee producer cooperatives in Guatemala.

Managed technical and developer activities to promote sales of Palm Powered handhelds by wireless operators around the world. Lead developer efforts in China. Managed team of five.
