As a healthcare-focused service and solutions integrator, the most important thing is discovering the customer's "Why". Do we understand why a customer is wanting a new solution or service? What about the customer's current solution or service is not meeting their need? Is the customer's goal to increase HCAHPS scores or achieve their patient care initiatives? If we don't know the answer to these questions, then more discovery is needed before a recommendation should be made.
