• Plan and supervise turnkey In-Building/DAS deployments across Midwest markets (NSB, MODs and Upgrades – mmWave, NR, LTE, UMTS).• Employ and train specialized team of Direct Hire talent. Continually scout new relationships with subcontractors (Civil, Electrical, A&E, Integration/Commissioning). DH team expertise in DAS/BTS equipment installation. Program resource expansion by multiple of 10x over tenure.• Attend bid walks, review scopes of work, prepare quotes and configure BOMs. Coordinate material procurement, distribution, and tracking.• Work closely with RF Design team to review walk test data, resolve RSSI imbalances, and employ solutions to optimize real-world system performance.• Devise and facilitate procedure around video quality audits to drive efficiency, reduce resource consumption, and log best practices. Optimize site closeout MOPs.• Establish budgets, review P&L, and ensure project alignment to client timeline and quality standards. Negotiate numerous new projects and expanded scopes of work, contributing to a revenue increase upwards of 800%.• Additional exposure and experience with site acquisition and leasing services.

*Contributed to the development of processes and procedures for RAN, Decom, AAV, GMRRU, and Microwave in 5 markets nationwide, establishing relationships with and communicating best practices to upwards of 100 subcontractors across the country. *Effectively navigated an ever-changing scope of work, ensuring production forecasts were either met or exceeded on a consistent basis. *Organized and analyzed data to make decisions on staffing, time management, and construction procedure standards.

As a project facilitator my primary objective is to ensure the delivery of a quality cell tower build to our client. In our current project I am reviewing, editing, and tracking the close-out packages being reviewed for site acceptance by a third-party auditor. Not only is it my responsibility to negotiate with that auditor, but also to communicate and align directives between our contractors, construction managers, project leads.I work between multiple Microsoft Excel worksheets on a daily basis in order to organize and present this information to my colleagues in a clear, consolidated way. My job also requires me to analyze this information in order to contribute to staffing and time management decisions.

As a full-time teacher at Chippewa Middle School I conceived of and implemented a creative curriculum for sixth, seventh, and eighth grade music classes. I participated in numerous beyond-the-classroom activities including the coaching of the cross country team, the facilitation of the variety show, and the co-direction of the school musical. I assumed a leadership role on a district curricular review committee, worked with small groups of underprivelaged students as a Title 1 mathematics hire-on, and attended multiple professional development conferences. I trained with some of the nation's most progressive minds in education on subjects such as diversity, differentiation, and classroom management.The position was essential in teaching me organization, time-management, and patience. Furthermore, I developed an expertise in working with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel. Perhaps most importantly, teaching provided me an opportunity to hone my interpersonal skills. By working with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis I was able to build upon my ability to communicate both empathy and influence.
