Managing all aspects of IT and Operations for the charity and its clients.

As Systems Development Manager for Charities trust I have assumed responsibility for all IT services. From Infrastructure to development, it is my task to ensure that all systems are maintained and continually improved. Above day to day operations however lies my key objective and purpose. To deliver new and exciting technology platforms to clients, which will in turn grow the giving market.

I worked for Sport Media Group until the company entered administration in May 2011 - As Head of IT my primary responsibility was to ensure that our various publications were produced to deadline by guaranteeing the integrity and continuity of the computer systems that supported the groups’ business operations. It was also my responsibility to ensure the timely pre-flighting and transmission of our publications to a number of remote print sites.

I joined Sport Media Group in January 2000 after completing my studies at Liverpool University. I was recruited for the position of Deputy Systems Editor. I was initially responsible for 1st and 2nd line support and the undertaking of small projects. I also acted in a supporting role for larger projects.
