Stena Recycling is under a huge change when they are moving from their old ERP system “Fire” to Dynamics 365 FO & CE simultaneously as they are migrating the transport management module to Oracle cloude. All this and some more under the umbrella of the “NBP-Program”I worked together with a colleague creating automated performance test scripts for the critical business scenarios. The challenges are many – Stena is using a 3rd party module called Cosmo which is a significant change from standard. Cosmo is a solution for recycling companies, handling the fact that a business partner can be both supplier and customer at the same time. This solution makes integrations towards other system more complex but the biggest challenge for Stena is to keep up a good performance between D365FO and D365CE which are using dual write.

They asked for a power app to improve the inbound flow to make the sorting process more efficient.I worked together with Caspera´s Indian developer in this project. He worked close to the customer, analyzing the business processes and gathering the requirements, doing the documentation of the same and updates the developer. The project is agile and as soon as a function is developed, it’s demonstrated to the customer who approves the solution.

Sonsab is the leading timber wholesaler in Sweden.Four different companies have been merged as one legal entity and they are now all moving to a new ERP, called MONITOR.My task was to gather all requirements from the different companies and align them to one common way of working. The new business processes have been documented, and so have the requirements. I also documented the training material and trained the end users.I planned and led the workshops. I updated the suppliers with the requirements and approved the solution when it was developed.

As a dedicated Stage Technician, I have comprehensive experience in setting up, maintaining, and dismantling stage equipment for a variety of live performances including theater productions, concerts, and events.
