Lead, mentor and supervise 20+ FTEs in the design, development, review, documentation, and implementation of enterprise data architecture, IT modernization, functional and process improvements, custom application development, and Tier 2 / Tier 3 support of enterprise search and visualization system with a special emphasis on assuring data integrity and access.Establish the overall enterprise data architecture and data management strategy, define overall project requirements, plan and coordinate systems design, development, and implementation; design ETL data workflows to include architecture, geo-coding, indexing strategies, source-to-target mappings and transformations, database schema development, and overall methodology for data integration, and integrating process and change management. Direct modernization activities of IT operations, and integrating new technologies including “big data” and cloud architecture using Apache Accumulo, SOLR indexing, D-a-a-S/JSON technologies. Analyze and develop recommendations for continued technology updates and improvements to FBI tools, techniques, and practices.
