Supervised a diverse group of 14 novice and senior engineers and chemists at three different locations. Developed global networks in leveraging internal/external expertise to drive performance around world-class measures.

Maintained a high-level of performance in safety, quality, welfare, and employee relations. Aggressively managed a $7.1 million manufacturing budget and $3 million capital improvement budget to ensure optimal return on investment. Served as the main point of contact with the community. Supervised four manufacturing managers and three production engineers, ensuring consistently superior performance in all metrics.
