Managing a team of customer-facing (airlines) technical consultants at Collins Aerospace, an RTX company.Being in the aviation industry for more than 20 years now, I have a strong working knowledge of commercial airline operations and awareness of Asia’s commercial aviation industry. During this time, I have also touched on many different disciplines, from management, technical, to sales & marketing, as well as business development (PTF conversions). Since March 2014, I have begun representing the company in legacy Goodrich and legacy Hamilton Sundstrand products, combined.My technical experience comes mainly from my experience in UTC Aerospace Systems as a Field Service Manager, in Goodrich Aerostructures (engine nacelles) as an Airline Support Manager, and in Singapore Technologies Aerospace as an Operations/Line-Maintenance Engineer. These customer-facing appointments has immersed me from in-aircraft hands-on trouble-shooting, to one-stop value-added fleet consultancy.My sales experience comes mainly from my contribution to Pratt & Whitney engine piece-part repair sales and marketing.
