As a Senior Network Engineer in the Network Security Services group, I was tasked with direct customer contacts related to product pre and post sales. The position reported directly to the VP of Support and Services and therefore I was generally tasked with higher profile accounts and managing and mentoring other network engineers in the group. I was also involved in developing the departmental security product offerings in relation to support and services.I was one of the only engineers tasked with multi-product integrations including our entire product suite of Network Firewall, Web Gateway and Email gateway products.Primary responsibilities included: Provide classroom training for product technologies (Web, Email, Firewall), Post-sales project lead and engineer for integration, Pre-sales demonstrations and presentations and departmental services planning and execution.
