We transitioned from a Waterfall methodology to Agile.- Overseeing internal and external project stakeholders, including local teams, support centers in the United States, Swift and Datawarehouse teams in Tokyo, Temenosr, EY as consultants, integrators, external developers, and Fintech application providers.- Establishing the project team, which included project managers (PM), project management office (PMO), functional and technical leaders.
