-Serve as primary day-to-day contact for General Contractor-Prepare submittal packages for each project awarded-Develop, maintain and update project timelines to ensure timely project delivery by given deadlines-Create labor, equipment and material budgets-Provide cost analysis based on job costing sheets for the multitude of jobs being performed simultaneously-Create site specific reports documenting any safety concerns or expectations for field workers-Use Onscreen Takeoff to accurately measure project quantities and material lists for both interior and exterior work specializing in EIFS, Plaster, and Spray Fireproofing-Create and execute change orders necessary to complete project tasks-Attend weekly meetings for collaborative scheduling and progress reports-Survey job site upon completion of work for billing-Manage orders and replenishment of materials for job sites

-Provide house lifting and modular home cost estimates to potential customers-Manage process of filing and acquiring Building, Demolition and Foundation Permits on behalf of homeowners-Manage utility disconnects prior to demolition and reconnects once modular homes are delivered-Custom design floor plans per homeowner's preferences and convey designated changes to modular home sales representative

-Surveyed level of damage created during Hurricane Sandy using measurement techniques and record keeping-Created Damage Cost Estimates-Ensured paperwork and filing was complete per insurance requirements-Create renderings of homes upon completion of architectural plans for client final approval
