Responsible for Application Development and Maintenance of Mortgage Backed Trading, Money Desk Trading, Fixed Income Figuration, Capital Charges and Haircut systems and Fixed Income Order Entry System for Boss3000 and Fixed Income Portfolio management. Managed staff in excess of 30 application developers to enhance and maintain these systems. Decision-maker in all phases of application development life cycle. Mortgage Backed Trading System - Managed large team of developers and project managers to handle Real Time processing of Asset Backed Instruments. Extensive product knowledge of CMO’s, MCB’s, FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA’s and SBA pools. The systems computed Real Time P&L, Mark to Market P&L and Commission. The systems received AV factor updates from vendors and computed Pay down P&L and tracked the receivables from the delayed payments. Worked directly with Traders and Operations to enhance the system to handle Gestation Repos, Conduit Fundings and Whole Loans. Possess extensive knowledge in MBS allocations. Member of the design team with the MBSCC to establish design and redundancy for the EPN specification.Responsible for the Architecture, Design and Monitoring of all distributed systems within Prudential Securities. Additionally, responsible for Application Developer Support for Java programmers and Web based development.
