I am the Aircrew Training Specialist responsible for the development of the future training requirement of the United Kingdom Military Flying Training Service (UKMFTS), for the WSOp Rear Crew and the FW CMN in particular; identifying relevant and accurate course content, defining the GBTE technical requirement whilst planning for the use of this GBTE for.

My initial responsibility with the company was the development of course content and design to meet the customer requirement with regard to developing the rear crew courses from a datapack presentation into a DSAT compliant course, including developing the initial datapack language into a fully traceable set of course KLPs, Enabling Objectives and Training.

During my flying career with the Royal Air Force I was employed, initially, as a helicopter crewman and subsequently as an Air Loadmaster on international freight and passenger carrying transport aircraft. I was the senior rear crew instructor on both Puma helicopters and the VC10 transport aircraft. Both employments allowed me to engage in operations and.

As the Senior Crew Instructor I was responsible for the daily programming of staff to student allocation and the allocation of both to the training flying programme.
