Group Stock Controller
CurrentResponsible for all stock control/movement in the Louis Copeland Group.Liase with international freight companies concerning shipment of our high value product.Assess monthly stock reports with buyers and project acceptable stock levels for coming seasons.Due to the current economic climate, I have had to reduce stock levels considerably - all the while ensuring we still have the right product and sufficient quantities of it to meet customer demand. This has resulted in ensuring our buyers are more aware of suppliers N.O.S products and calling on them accordingly. I work very closely with our buyers to ensure they are familiar with this policy. Recently implemented a rolling stock take schedule throughout the Louis Copeland Group which will see stock checks conducted on a weekly basis.
