Hi, I’m Dave, Managing Director at Tribal Impact. I’m an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader. At Tribal, I’m responsible for day-to-day business operations and growth. I’ve spent 30+ years building companies and am excited to guide Tribal from start-up to the next phase.I started in engineering and fell into tech many moons ago. I’ve never looked back. Working in tech has opened many doors and provided opportunities for me to work with talented people, live abroad, implement new ideas and ways of working while being at the sharp end of innovation. I get a kick out of building things and am not satisfied with the status quo. Open-mindedness and analytical thinking are two traits I admire and see as the cornerstone to my success. I enjoy challenging and being challenged and endeavour to create an open and honest culture where it’s safe to speak up.Having an open and honest culture helps business leaders fast-track change and innovation.
