Maintain professional awareness of developments in general management, financial management and relevant professional and regulatory matters.8. Develop and coach direct reports and key staff in order to retain key staff and identify successors for key positions;Major Achievements:- Leading demerger of Industrial Analysis business within OI China and selling to Hitachi High-Technologies Corporation together with China General Manager.- Lead the new company/legal entity setup for OI China.

Manage all finance & treasury requirements for OI China which includes manage finance closing, monthly and yearly tax filling, cash flow process, credit management, daily payment, invoicing, collections, cost control as well as Royalty payment.2. Provide financial information for business (e.g. performance variance analysis, revenue, cost, stock, debtors and capital requirement projections), understand the implications and, working with the management team to ensure that necessary actions are taken to manage them including agreement of back on track corrective action.3. Minimize overhead spend and understand the benefits and alternatives within this.4. Monitor and manage the financial performance of business, and financial risks.5. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of forecasting and the quality of risk identification and mitigation.6. To understand customer profitability and ensure that appropriate resulting actions are taken.7. Monitor the achievement of average unit price and standard cost and working with management team take corrective action where appropriate.8. Reporting to Group BU Finance Director & Shanghai Site Managing DirectorIn charging of overall Finance function of Shanghai Site with covergae of 3 Business Units with RMB30 million annual turnoverResponsiblities:1. Review the financial reporting and operation results, communicate with relevant depts. towards achieving the performance and plans, and participate with senior management in developing action if required.2. Monitor cash flow status, prepare cash forecast and drive relevant functions to optimize cash position. 3. Review and negotiate with local bank on the credit line and loan to meet company’s operating cash flow needs.4. Organize the information needed for budget and planning, complete the budget and plan preparation and monitor the budget implementation.5. Analyze the actual performance with budget and help top management to control the cost; 6. Provide financial support to decision-makers for the business growth and development and performance assessment;7. Update the project forecast to realistic after reviewing with project management directors and ensure the actual project accounts compliance with the latest project forecast;8. Reporting to Finance ControllerIn charging of Accounting function of Shanghai SiteResponsibilities:1. Support the Finance Controller for the financial functions covering the Operation and SBUs,2. To audit that all jobs within the Department will be preformed effectively and efficiently by constantly reviewing team members' performance;3. Establishes the standard costs of the products.4. To compare and analyze the variances between actual costs and standard costs and to propose improvements;5. Implement the reliable measurement of Customer and Product profitability together with margin analysis;6. Prepare the Customer and Product profitability analysis report;7. Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annually accounting closing and accounts reviewing as well as financial planning, to ensure the accounting accuracy;8. Preparation of financial statements, statistics, analysis in accordance with the management requirements and the requirements by the PRC authorities;9. Prepare Hyperion Financial report and reconcile the reports between US and local GAAP;10. To ensure SOX compliance and Internal Control Process and coordinate with the auditing matters including internal auditing and external auditing.11. Maintains accounting systems which comply with generally accepted accounting principles, tax requirements, SAFE requirements, and management reporting requirements.12. Liaison with all local authorities (Tax, Customs, Commercial, Banks..) when required.Major Achievements:- Improve the financial reporting package, to prepare the monthly reports. automatically and efficiently by using the Excel tools instead of manually;- Set up monthly inventory cycle counting procedure and closing involve the implementation;- Set up inventory obsolescence policy and lead the quarterly review.
