As the President and CEO of Town & Country Federal Credit Union, I have been leading the organization for over 13 years, with a total of 40 years of progressive experience in the credit union industry. I have served on many boards, councils, Ad HOC Committees, Think Tanks which demonstrates my commitment to expanding the credit union and other industries while building my excellence in the field.My core competencies include branding and customer experience, operations, retail banking design, compliance, strategic planning, and lending. I have successfully implemented several initiatives that have enhanced the reputation, growth, and performance of Town & Country FCU, such as expanding the branch network, launching innovative products and services, strengthening the compliance and risk management functions, and fostering a culture of collaboration and engagement among the staff and members. My mission is to provide exceptional value and service to our members and communities, and to uphold the principles and values of the credit union movement.
