I have been a retained consultant advising many of the leading global Private Equity houses on Support Services transactions. I have also worked with numerous SME's within in the South West region of the UK developing business strategies to accelerate profitable growth and enterprise value creation. I am a Group Board Director at 4C Strategies, a Swedish headquartered leading risk management consulting and software solutions provider, helping them to recently secure Private equity investment to fund a material scale and capability transformation. I bring passion, experience, focus and energy to my work with Boards and I am now actively seeking to expand my NED portfolio.

The 4C offer allows a company to fully understand their own total corporate risk profile, in real time, to maximise delivery of their own business strategy within a pre agreed set of risk parameters. I joined the 4C Group Board in 2012, and was soon engaged by the owners to lead a strategic review with their executive team, the objective to get a current market and 4C organisational status to then develop and finalise a winning business strategy to maximise long term shareholder value. 4C Strategies has a unique consulting and software customer proposition within the Risk management sector making it world leading in capability terms. 4C Strategies is now on a rapid growth trajectory operating across the Nordics with established offices in London and Washington. Growth capital was secured in 2017 through investment from the Priveq PE group. The company is resourced to deliver on both its own exciting expansion plans, but most importantly, to deliver solutions that ensure informed organisational "Readiness" to its customers and their Boards of Directors.

G4S Plc., a £7bn revenue ‘FTSE 100’ support services organisation, the leading global security and secure logistics business, employing over 600,000 worldwide. Its customers included national and global companies within the Financial, Aviation, ports, Oil and Gas, Justice, Critical National infrastructure and the full range of Government sectors across its 120 countries of operation. I was Regional CEO for a £1.3bn plus business portfolio that operated across Benelux, the Baltic states and Scandinavia. 30,000 indirect staff and a 3000 vehicle fleet. I was a member of the G4S Group Management Board.

G4S is a world leader in security solutions, secure logistics and support services outsourcing. As Regional CEO EMEA I chaired the majority of the Boards within a £1.3 billion revenue business portfolio. I was a NED for all the JV’s and in those countries where I appointed a local Chairman. • Chaired ten European supervisory Boards with local NED’s and workers representatives. These businesses underwent significant strategic transformation, organic and M & A growth, whilst maintaining constant harmony within both the worker and customer bases.• Senior G4S Board representative for 5 Joint Ventures throughout the Middle East. Kuwait was as an existing JV but I secured new partners for four new JV’s. Recruited strong Boards for these JV’s who all went on to exert market dominance within 5 years of start-up.

Global Role, Gatwick, Uk

A newly created senior role within the £3.3bn Security Division, employing 500,000, operated in 115 countries. The role supported and reported to the ‘Group COO’. Responsible for the Divisions strategy development, strategic change programme implementation and supporting M & A activity. Worked with the Group CEO and retained consultants throughout 2007 developing the new G4S ‘Secure Solutions’ strategy.

Continental Europe, Gatwick, Uk

Direct control for a portfolio of 15 technology and software integration businesses that delivered a broad array of Electronic Security Solutions. Divisional turnover circa £300m, 8000 skilled employees and operations serving the B2C, B2B and B2G sectors. Reported to the Group CEO and Group Management Board member.

Started managing a £130m revenue business portfolio and led the transformation to quadruple the size to over £500m, ending with 60,000 employees and 37 subsidiaries, operating across 30 countries in EMEA. A member of the Group Management Board and reported to the Group CEO. Chairman of the board for over 15 subsidiary companies that included joint ventures. Completed and integrated around ten company acquisitions.
