David is the National Director responsible for Cost Management of our Property sector portfolio and has over 30 years experience in the Australian market. Dave is also a Senior Client Account Manager responsible for successful delivery of major cost management commissions for key Clients including private, public and institutional sector clients.Dave has diverse experience in cost management delivery from initial business case through to final account. Dave specialises in cost managing and value engineering major projects with an initial grounding in Property and Infrastructure projects, he has successfully transferred his key skills into the Natural Resources sector in recent years. Setting realistic and achievable budgets from the outset that survive the life of the project has been integral to the success of the projects that Dave has delivered over the past 30+ years.Prior to his appointment as Director, Dave was manager of our North Queensland office during the late 90’s, responsible for delivery of all aspects of Cost Management and Project Management in North Queensland.Dave has a particular interest in the development of the digital 3D/BIM measurement and data harvesting tool, QuanTTum. He has been at the centre of a number of our commissions delivering measurement and MTO validation exercises on major projects in the natural resources sector worth between $8bn and $60bn.Most recently, Dave is leading our most ambitious services transformation embedding new digital ways of working in our ANZ cost management operations to support our vision to improve performance on the worlds most impactful projects.Dave is also our board sponsor for diversity and inclusion with his lived experience in a wheelchair, he has a passion to make the workplace more accessible for all.
