Perform both physical and virtual server upgrade and migrations.

Responsible for assisting customers on site in both residential and commercial environments. Removal of virus' through multiple anti-virus and anti-malware software. Installation/removal of workstations and servers. Peripheral installation of additional storage, multiple monitor setup, and printer installation. Setting up network shares and mapping network drives. Onsite diagnosis and repair of hardware and software issues, offsite repair of failures unable to be repaired in the field. Assist shop technicians when not on field call.

Shop technician for Sugar Land PC. Responsible for assisting customers in shop and on phone with trouble shooting. In shop PC repair of hardware and software issues. Removal of virus' through multiple anti-virus and anti-malware software. Imaging of hard drives for data duplication and data recovery using multiple imaging programs including Norton Ghost and Acronis True Image. Diagnosis and repair of hardware failure issues.
