Many changes were implemented following my arrival, including new spiral models, feed distributors, improved plant configuration and water supply equipment to address design deficiencies. These resulted in higher recovery and grade through the spirals operating closer to their design parameters.The culture has also noticeably changed, with more focus on safety aspects of the site with formal PPE regulations, driving practices and the introduction of safety visits. -
