Quartz Surfaces is a factory certified installer of Cambria® Natural Quartz countertops. I was responsible for all aspects of business operations and management of employees in the field and office. I was intimately involved in all aspects of the business including sales, customer service, purchasing, and project management.

AJ Wismin Homes is a custom residential builder and remodeler. I worked as a sub contractor for the company in the field and helped the company with development of processes as it grew.

Autumn River, Inc. is a master distributor of products in the building materials industry. As the General Manager of the company I was responsible for all aspects of the company including daily management of the office, prospecting for new B2B customers, continuous customer and technical support for all inbound inquiries. I was given complete autonomy in decision-making for all areas of the business.

From the ground up grew a wholesale import and distribution company. Over the course of 6 1/2 years the business grew from a small company to over 40 employees and sales of $7 million per year.
