With my passion, drive and structured objective approach, I have been able to build a career that has led me to specialize in large scale departmental Management through all functions in the Cruise industry, from Front of House Areas with Bars & Lounges, Open Deck Areas, Specialty & Dining Operations, Public Rooms and also Back of House Areas with Galley, Provisions, Crew Officer Mess and Rec Areas and finally Private Island Operations. In my career I have been privileged to design, control, act on, implement and administrate Standard Operating Procedures, Training Modules & Material for all levels of learning ability and finally audit reports for all functions onboard for shore side Executive Management.With this I have been the main contact and support function for the onboard management team to ensure collectively we meet and exceed Guest Satisfaction Rates, Revenue Targets and strict Cost Budgets as set out by company objectives with onboard guests and high profile Charter Clients.To further develop the company and product, I was tasked, to innovate and create profit margin friendly beverage menus, new concepts & ideas, design high profile Charter Client F&B Operational Plans which sometimes involved tailored demographic menus with the culinary team, whilst bringing new, elevated, fashionable products and services to the business whilst taking feedback from the onboard workforce to develop collectively as a team. With my strong communication skills, I have been able to build very good relationships with Corporate Executive Management, onboard Management teams and the onboard workforce which has enabled me to succeed in required results that was set forth. Relationship building was not just internal company, I have built great vendor and supplier contacts over the years which in turn helps profitability with products, training aspects for the onboard teams and also educational events such as wine tours in Napa Valley, Tuscany and Chile.In line with the above, I am very versed with strict Financial Revenue & Cost Targets, Budget & Rating movement between vessels and itineraries and Inventory Logistics planning/forecasting for container, local and regional itineraries.
