Branch Manager of a larger core Lettings Branch. Managing a team of four, responsible for an income of £700k+. Since being deployed in Branch, the Branch has seen a significant growth in New Business, in an ever increasingly competitive market. Growth in new business has been achieved by networking and linking in with my Estate Agency Collegues and investor hubs in the region. Responsible for generating business across the organisations various funded training schemes, Apprenticeships, Learn Direct and full cost recovery, commercial training programs that were not funded.

New Business and Account Management. Responsible for generating opportunites to sell the organisations products and services in the IT sector. Engaged on several large projects such as Mod Main in White Hall London, Ukerna Education Network and Connect Home. I was also responsible for managing several European Accounts.
